REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be
issued.
Due to the perishable nature of our
products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a
product is damaged or defective upon delivery, customers must contact us within
48 hours to report the issue. We will review each case individually and may
offer a refund or replacement at our discretion. Customers are encouraged to
take a photo of the damaged product and email it to us at
contact@telugufoodcart.com for faster resolution. Please note that shipping
costs are non-refundable.
